Andrew & Shelley Flatgard
Andrew grew up in Mississippi and Memphis. After college at Ole Miss, he went to Covenant Seminary in St. Louis for master degrees in divinity and counseling. He was an Asst. Pastor in St. Louis and was RUF campus minister at The Univ. of Memphis for three years. This is his first year full-time at Rhodes College. He loves Memphis basketball, Memphis barbecue, the New York Yankees, and the writings of Lesslie Newbigin and Dan Allender, currently.
Andrew and Shelley married a little over a year ago. Shelley was reared in Nashville, attended UT-Knoxville (...ask her to sing "Rocky Top"), and spent five years working with RUF at Mississippi State University and in Atlanta.
