Help plan parties  (Welcome Back, Halloween Costume, Barn Dance, etc.) and mercy ministry opportunities in Memphis with Andrew's help

Large Group Team

• Organize and consider creative ways to get announcements across to people (skits?)
• Work with Music Team to maintain their needs
• Have students to pass out announcement sheet with message outline before large group (greeter double duty?)
• Set up and break down of room
• Clean up after large group. This is a big deal, our policy is to make sure that the room looks better than it was when we came.
• Reserve a location for RUF before each semester.
