John Craft- RUF Campus Minister
John grew up in Memphis, TN. After graduating from Vanderbilt University, where he studied Philosophy and Film Studies, he moved to Athens, GA to complete a two year internship with RUF at the University of Georgia. While at RUF intern training, he met his wife, Leigh, who was also a RUF intern at Winthrop University. They married and moved to St. Louis, MO to attend Covenant Theological Seminary. After graduating and working with college students in St. Louis, John and Leigh moved to Chattanooga, TN to work for RUF at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. After 7 years, they moved to Memphis to work with college students at Rhodes College.

Leslie Janikowsky- RUF Staff
Leslie is originally from Bowie, MD. After graduating from the University of Virginia, where she studied International Relations and English, she moved to Memphis to work for RUF at Rhodes. She is starting her 7th year working with RUF at Rhodes. She worked for three years as an intern and became full time campus staff in 2014. Leslie is also pursing her masters in counseling at the University of Memphis. She drinks an insane amount of coffee and loves working with Rhodes students and RUF Rhodes.

Cal Draper- RUF Intern
Cal Draper grew up on the ever picturesque Lookout Mountain, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2017. In his free time, he is apt to be found reading, or watching the most majestic sports known to man (Tennis and Soccer)--He is an unapologetic Federer fan. Reformed University Fellowship served as a highly formative ministry in his college years, and he is delighted to pass on that experience to the students of Rhodes.

Virginia Rantzow- RUF Intern
Virginia grew up in Birmingham, AL. She studied Economics and English at the University of Alabama, where she also met her husband, James. She spent her first year out of college working for Camp Westminster, and is now so excited to get started with RUF at Rhodes College. She has a big, white cat named Frank and enjoys finding new coffee shops or learning new soup recipes in her free time.
